Special Event Coordinator - Pensacola Office

Full-time position working out of our main office in Pensacola in collaboration with the Department of Development. This individual will provide leadership in the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of agency fundraising events along with being the liaison for any other third-party fundraisers. This position works to help cultivate prospective new corporate and community partnerships for the agency and our mentoring programs. Working with agency staff and community members, the Special Event Coordinator is the principal conduit in which all event planning communications are handled and is responsible for event logistics (coordination, planning, details, implementation etc.). Minimum of two years experience with special events, and Bachelor's degree required.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator - Pensacola Office

Full-time position working out of our main office in Pensacola. This position will coordinate and oversee agency marketing and public relations and report directly to agency Director of Development. This position is responsible for providing high-level customer service throughout the effective implementation of marketing and public relations in accordance with the Big Brothers Big Sisters brand, and volunteer options. Responsible for promotion of events, programs, and agency happenings through agency social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, newsletters, etc.). Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator). Knowledge of HTML and website editing editing tools. Bachelor's degree required.
